Missing teen last seen in Albany, NY

ALBANY, NY — A missing teenager from Saratoga County was last seen Wednesday morning in the city’s downtown area, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

Ella S. Lorenzo-Dahn was spotted in the vicinity of a warming center located at 45 South Ferry St., authorities said.

The teen used the alias “Carol L. Guisimen” and provided a date of birth of Feb. 2, 2006, according to the sheriff’s office.

Lorenzo-Dahn told others she was traveling to Florida but needed to stop in Philadelphia first, authorities said.

Her method of travel is unknown, but she was still in possession of a blue bicycle with white daisies on it, according to the sheriff’s office.

She was also wearing tan cargo pants and carrying a large red camping-style backpack.

The sheriff’s office released a new photograph of Lorenzo-Dahn that was reportedly taken last fall.
