Man arrested on felony warrant in Oxford

OXFORD, PA — A traffic stop led to the arrest of a man wanted on felony charges.

On April 4, 2026 at 4:24 p.m., the Oxford Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Summit Avenue.

Police made contact with the vehicle operator, Noah Kirk, 28, of Oxford.

Kirk was found to have an active felony arrest warrant from the Pennsylvania State Police and was taken into custody.

The arrest warrant was issued on Feb. 27, 2026 for the sale or transfer of firearm with false written statements, tampering with public record or information, and statement under penalty.

Kirk was transported to the Oxford Police Department before being turned over to Pennsylvania State Police.
