HARRISBURG, PA — A 19-year-old man has been charged with first- and second-degree murder in connection with a fatal shooting earlier this month.
Luis Angel Perez Jr., of Pennsylvania, was charged Thursday with murder, robbery, firearms offenses and tampering with evidence, according to Harrisburg Police.
The charges stem from a homicide that occurred Wednesday, April 8, in the 1300 block of Derry Street.
Perez was taken into custody on the charges.
He also faces charges of possession of a firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
