HAVERHILL, MA — Four men from Haverhill have been arrested following a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m. in the area of Emerson Street and Welcome Street.
Haverhill Police responded to reports of shots fired and located numerous shell casings at the scene.
Property damage was reported, but no injuries have been reported.
The scene has been secured and roadways have been reopened.
Riley Quinn, 18, of Haverhill, Timothy Mossey, 18, of Haverhill, and Richard Santana, 25, of Haverhill, were initially taken into custody in connection with the incident.
A fourth individual, Juan Figuerao, 23, of Haverhill, was subsequently arrested.
All four are expected to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court tomorrow.
The individuals are expected to face multiple firearms-related and assault charges.
Additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
Police said the incident appears to be isolated, and there is no indication of an ongoing threat to the public.
