BROOKLINE, MA — Officers from multiple law enforcement agencies executed search warrants Wednesday that resulted in the seizure of crack cocaine and more than $15,000 in cash.
Officers assigned to the Drug Control Units of District C-6 (South Boston), D-14 (Allston/Brighton), DEA FIT group, and detectives from Brookline Police conducted a joint drug investigation on April 11.
Officers applied for and were granted search warrants for 22 High Street in Brookline and for Devani Perez-Valentin, 21, of Brookline.
The search yielded 30 grams of crack cocaine, $15,019 in U.S. currency, and drug packaging and distribution material.
Perez-Valentin was arrested and transported to the Brookline Police Department for booking.
The suspect was arraigned in Brookline District Court on a charge of trafficking of class B drugs.
