Man arrested on theft, warrant charges in Camp Hill

CAMP HILL, PA — Police arrested a man on shoplifting and warrant charges at a department store Monday night.

Officers were dispatched to Boscov’s Department Store at approximately 8:45 p.m. April 13 for a report of an active shoplifting incident.

Upon arrival, officers located a suspect who had concealed unpaid merchandise in a shopping bag along with items he had purchased.

Police determined the man had an active arrest warrant out of Burlington County, New Jersey, and another warrant out of Chester County, Pennsylvania.

A 32-year-old man from Philadelphia was transported to Cumberland County Prison.

He was charged with arrest prior to requisition and cited for retail theft.
