FRANKLIN BOROUGH, NJ — A man was arrested following an investigation into harassment of a co-worker, police said.
Kevin J. Conklin, 45, of Franklin Borough, was arrested on the evening of Feb. 24, 2026, by Franklin Borough Patrol Officers Eric Moschberger and Jonathan Sienkiewicz.
The investigation was initiated by Sergeant Jesse Babcock and Patrol Officer Dylan Testa.
During the investigation, it was determined that Conklin had returned to the Quick Chek, where he had been trespassed, and harassed a co-worker in person and via phone, sending threats and images of the victim’s residence and place of employment, police said.
Conklin was charged with cyber harassment, a fourth-degree crime, and defiant trespass, a petty disorderly persons offense.
Conklin was issued a summons and turned over to the custody of Ogdensburg Police Department for related investigative action pending his appearance in Sussex County Superior Court in accordance with the New Jersey Bail Reform Act.
