JAMESTOWN, NY — Officers stopped a vehicle on the east side of town for traffic infractions on April 12, 2026 at 2:14 p.m.
Through investigation, police found the operator was violating a stay away order of protection with two victims in the vehicle.
Julio A. Arizmendi was arrested without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
He was charged with two counts of criminal contempt in the second degree and issued uniform traffic tickets.
Arizmendi was held in the city jail pending arraignment.
