Man arrested on obstruction charge in Warwick

WARWICK, RI — A Pawtucket man was arrested following a traffic stop on Bald Hill Road on April 13, 2026.

Keane Perry, 52, of Pawtucket, was taken into custody at 9:34 a.m. and charged with obstructing an officer in execution of duty, according to Rhode Island State Police.

Perry was also arrested on a Sixth Division District Family Court bench warrant on a non-criminal charge of body reciprocal.

He was processed at the State Police Hope Valley Barracks and later transported to Third Division District Court.

In a separate incident, troopers arrested Victoria Barclay, 53, of Providence, at 5:54 p.m. on April 13, 2026.

Barclay was charged with fraudulently obtaining assistance, fraudulent use of food stamps, obtaining property by false pretenses/personation over $10,000, and giving false documents to agent, employee, or public official.

The arrest was the result of a SNAP investigation by members of the Hope Valley Barracks.

Barclay turned herself in to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed and arraigned by the justice of the peace.

She was released with a future Third Division District Court date.
