Police report 93 retail thefts in Plymouth Township

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, PA — Police reported 93 retail theft incidents during March, resulting in 56 arrests and 33 ongoing investigations.

The Plymouth Township Police Department released its monthly retail theft roundup on Thursday, documenting cases that occurred between March 1 and March 31.

Of the 93 incidents, 50 cases were cleared by arrest, according to police.

Ten cases have active arrest warrants issued.

Nine cases were cleared without prosecution after charges were declined.

Thirty-three cases remain under investigation.

Police are seeking public assistance to identify persons of interest in the ongoing cases.
