PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile.
Ishmeal Rider Eaddy, 15, of Philadelphia, was last seen April 6 at 8 p.m. on the 2200 block of Estaugh Street.
Police say Eaddy frequents the Love Park area.
He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 pounds, and was last seen wearing emoji pajama pants and a dark gray sweatshirt.
