PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a 28-year-old man last seen in the city’s 25th District.
Luis Gonzalez was last seen at 5 a.m. Thursday on the 500 block of East Tioga Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Gonzalez is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
He works as a Lyft driver and operates a gray 2016 Honda Civic with Pennsylvania license plate MBB-3121.
