PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking four suspects in connection with a shooting that left a 20-year-old woman dead and two others injured on Market Street.
Authorities have identified two of the suspects as Mustafa King, 26, and Zarie Manning, 21, both wanted for the homicide of Imani Ringgold.
The shooting occurred on the 5900 block of Market Street on April 7.
Two other individuals believed to be connected to the incident have not been identified, and police are distributing photos of all four suspects.
Investigators determined Ringgold was an innocent bystander who was not the intended target.
According to police, Ringgold had just purchased lunch and was traveling to work when she encountered the incident.
Police said she was likely mistaken for someone within the intended group due to the timing and her proximity to the scene.
The department is also seeking information regarding a second vehicle associated with the suspects.
A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit at 215-686-3334 or the department’s tipline at 215-686-TIPS (8477).
