EVERETT, MA — Police arrested a woman Thursday evening in connection with a dog attack that occurred earlier this week.
Andrea Bono, 49, of Everett, was taken into custody on several outstanding warrants around 8:30 p.m. on Ferry Street.
The arrest came after detectives identified Bono as the owner of a dog involved in an attack Wednesday around 3:30 p.m.
Police used video surveillance to make a positive identification of the dog owner.
Bono was arrested without incident while with the dog.
The 11-month-old hound dog has been placed in quarantine with Everett Animal Control in accordance with state law.
Bono is scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Malden District Court.
