CARLISLE, PA — Middlesex Township Police arrested a man Wednesday following a domestic incident at the American Inn on Harrisburg Pike.
Derrick Smalls, 23, of Carlisle, was taken into custody after police responded to a report of a physical altercation between a brother and sister.
Police said an investigation determined Smalls pushed and punched his sister in the face.
Authorities said Smalls also threw a marijuana bowl at his sister, striking her in the back of her arm, and damaged the screen of his sister’s Vizio smart television.
Smalls was transported to the Cumberland County Booking Center to be processed and arraigned.
He faces charges of simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.
