ENOLA, PA — A traffic stop on a stolen vehicle led to the arrest of a Carlisle man Friday night.
East Pennsboro Police initiated the traffic stop at 8:39 p.m. on the Harvey Taylor Bypass at 21st Street in Camp Hill.
The operator was identified as Jesse Dhar Reed, 47, of Carlisle.
Officers located drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
Reed was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison.
He was charged with receiving stolen property and drug offenses.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled at Magisterial District Judge Sanderson’s office.
