MALTA, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested an 80-year-old man Thursday and charged him with criminal mischief in the second degree, a class D felony.
Joseph J. DiDonna Sr., of Malta, is accused of intentionally causing damage to three motor vehicles in an amount exceeding $1,500 on Sept. 6, 2025, in the town of Malta.
He allegedly scratched the vehicles with a key.
DiDonna was arraigned before the Honorable Ellwood A. Sloat Jr. and released on his own recognizance pending further proceedings in that court.
