Plainsboro police were dispatched to a suspicious person report in the area of Building 30 in the Quail Ridge Apartments at 12:34 a.m. on March 23.

A caller reported observing a suspicious male peering into windows.

Upon arrival, officers observed a male matching the provided description actively looking into a first-floor apartment window while exposing himself, according to police.

When confronted by officers, the suspect, later identified as Benjamin Ferrer of West Windsor, actively resisted officers’ control in an attempt to escape, police said.
