Man arrested in vehicle burglary investigation in Nutley

NUTLEY, NJ — Police arrested a man suspected of burglarizing several vehicles Thursday morning.

Officers responded to reports of an unknown person entering a vehicle parked in a driveway on Bloomfield Avenue.

Police searched the area and located Michael Granberry, 37, of Nutley, who matched the description of the person reported to have entered the vehicle.

Through further investigation and review of surveillance footage, Granberry was positively identified as the suspect and taken into custody without incident.

He was found to be in possession of several items taken from other vehicles in the same area.
