HUDSON, NY — The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted on a bench warrant.
Cory D. Timberlake, 37, of Claverack, is wanted for failure to appear on a menacing charge out of Greenport Town Court.
Timberlake is described as a white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with black hair and green eyes.
He was last living in Claverack but has also been seen in the Rhinebeck area, according to the sheriff’s office.
Authorities say Timberlake has a history of hitchhiking and traveling from place to place.
The sheriff’s office is asking anyone with information on Timberlake’s whereabouts to call the tips line at 518-822-8477, option 3.
Callers can remain anonymous.
The public is advised not to approach or attempt to apprehend Timberlake.
