SHELDON, VT — A man was arrested on a DUI charge Sunday night following a traffic stop on Vermont Route 105.
Troopers with the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks conducted the traffic stop at 8:08 p.m. at the intersection of Vermont Route 105 and Main Street based on multiple motor vehicle violations.
The operator was identified as Luke Danyow, 41, of Sheldon.
While speaking with Danyow, troopers detected indicators of impairment.
Danyow was arrested without incident and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court and released.
This is Danyow’s second DUI offense.
