BOLIVAR, NY — Police have charged a local man with burglary and other offenses.
James A. Roulo, 44, of Bolivar, was charged April 6, 2026, with third-degree burglary, a felony, as well as misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief and first-degree harassment.
Roulo was initially held at the Allegany County Jail pending an appearance at CAP Court.
