WATERVILLE, NY — A Marshall woman has been arrested following a domestic incident investigation.
Jausaun Murden, 35, of Marshall, was arrested April 4, 2026, according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol.
A Road Patrol Deputy assigned to the Waterville Field Office received a complaint March 31, 2026, regarding numerous domestic incidents that have been occurring in the Village of Waterville.
Upon completion of the investigation, Murden was charged with stalking in the fourth degree, a Class B misdemeanor, and harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Murden was turned over to the Oneida County Correctional Facility to await CAP Court.
