NEW LISBON, NY — A woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant March 31, 2026.
Christina W. Clifford, 51, of Mt. Vision, was taken into custody following a warrant investigation by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said Clifford had an active arrest warrant issued through the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.
The original charge on the warrant was criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree, a class C felony.
Clifford was turned over to the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.
