WESTPORT, MA — Police are warning residents about a fraudulent website falsely claiming to be affiliated with the Westport Fairgrounds.
The website, which advertises “Westport Fair Grounds Vehicles,” is not legitimate and has no connection to the official Westport Fair Inc. or the Westport Fairgrounds, according to the Westport Police Department.
Westport Fair Inc. reported the fraudulent website to police.
Police are advising residents not to provide personal or financial information to the site.
Anyone who has interacted with the website or believes they may have been a victim is asked to contact the Westport Police Department.
