HARTFORD, CT — Police seized 14 pounds of marijuana, more than 100 THC vape cartridges and a handgun after executing a search warrant at a Franklin Avenue business on March 13, 2026.
The Hartford Police Narcotics Unit conducted the raid following an investigation into illegal sales of marijuana and THC products at the location.
Officers recovered 142 THC vape cartridges packaged for sale and a black Glock 43x 9mm handgun during the search.
Leonardo Rodriguez, 18, of Hartford, was arrested at the scene.
He was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to sell.
