Three arrested on various charges in Providence, Central Falls

LINCOLN, RI — Rhode Island State Police arrested three people on various charges during overnight operations.

At 10:15 p.m., troopers arrested Tracy Andrade, 34, of Pawtucket, following a motor vehicle stop on Railroad Street in Central Falls.

Andrade was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs, BAC unknown, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, first offense.

At 12:15 a.m., troopers arrested Tyler Moody, 32, of Cranston, following a motor vehicle stop on Whipple Street in Providence.

Moody was charged with possession of a Schedule I-V controlled substance 1-10 grams (methamphetamine).

At 4:05 a.m., troopers arrested Remy Tondreau, 45, of Taunton, Massachusetts, following a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in Providence.

Tondreau was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs, BAC unknown, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, first offense.

All three were transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where they were processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and released with notices to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
