PENN YAN, NY — A 19-year-old woman was arrested on multiple charges following an investigation into a stolen credit card.
Penn Yan Police arrested Nicola A. Costa, of Irondequoit, for grand larceny fourth degree, possession of stolen property fourth degree and possession of alcohol under 21.
Police also arrested Tristan J. Reed, 21, of Hamden, for conspiracy fifth degree.
Costa allegedly conspired with Reed to steal a credit card from another individual.
Costa then used the card to purchase alcohol while being under 21.
Both were processed and released on appearance tickets to appear in Village Court at a later date.
