LOWELL, MA — Police are searching for a 15-year-old boy last seen in the Acre neighborhood.
Kobe Chan was last seen on April 1, according to the Lowell Police Department.
Chan is described as an Asian male, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds with black hair.
He was last seen wearing a black North Face jacket and a black beanie.
