PEACHAM, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a man on multiple charges following a disorderly conduct incident April 2.
Troopers were notified at approximately 8:50 a.m. of an ongoing disorderly conduct incident in Peacham.
Troopers spoke with the victims, Annette Lorraine, 65, and Richard Scholes, 80, both of Peacham, who stated Matilda Adelaide, 39, of Peacham, had been harassing them for over a month.
Troopers were also informed Adelaide had an in-state warrant for his arrest after a failure to appear.
Troopers arrived on scene and located Adelaide, who resisted arrest.
Adelaide was transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks for processing.
Adelaide was charged with aggravated disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and failure to appear.
He was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division on April 3 at 12:30 p.m.
