BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office has announced multiple arrests made across the county in recent days.
Mark L. Anderson, 40, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the city of Binghamton.
Heather L. Ayers, 46, of Kirkwood, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Chenango.
Nash T. Barnes, 22, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Chenango.
Andrew J. Cook, 47, of Chenango Forks, was charged with driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within 10 years) and aggravated DWI (BAC .18 or more), class E felonies, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the town of Chenango.
Runell A. Decker Sr., 37, was charged with criminal trespass in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a trespassing investigation in the town of Sanford.
Phenix C. George, 22, of Endicott, was charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the town of Dickinson.
Tieler A. Kennerup, 31, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a stolen vehicle in the 4th degree, a class E felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a stolen vehicle investigation in the town of Windsor.
Thomas J. Lynady, 67, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated (1st offense), a misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the town of Sanford.
John C. Maston Jr., 35, of Whitney Point, was charged with criminal contempt in the 1st degree, a class E felony, criminal mischief in the 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor, child endangerment, a class A misdemeanor, and harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Triangle.
Nicholas P. Skiba, 45, of Johnson City, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into suspicious activity in the town of Union.
Carlton L. Stark III, 30, of Port Crane, was charged with assault in the 3rd degree and criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation, class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Fenton.
Sean M. Stevens, 45, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree following a narcotics investigation in the city of Binghamton.
Samantha E. Thrasher, 29, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated (1st offense), a misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the town of Dickinson.
Nathaniel L. Valentine, 28, of Apalachin, was charged with driving while intoxicated (1st offense) and operating a motor vehicle with BAC greater than .08, misdemeanors, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the town of Union.
