PHILLIPSBURG, NJ — Police are seeking a 29-year-old man who failed to appear for court proceedings on a drug charge.
Lamir Q. Montgomery, also known as Darnell McMillion, of Irvington, is wanted on a bench warrant, according to the Phillipsburg Police Department.
Montgomery was arrested June 24, 2022, and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, specifically suspected MDMA, police said.
He was released from custody pending court proceedings but failed to appear for scheduled court dates, police said.
Montgomery is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
Police said his current whereabouts are unknown but he may be in the Irvington or Columbia, South Carolina, areas.
