Woman cited for retail theft in Randolph

RANDOLPH, VT — A woman was cited for retail theft after allegedly taking merchandise from a drug store without paying March 31.

Vermont State Police said Kinney Drug reported at approximately 12:15 p.m. that a woman had taken merchandise from the store without paying.

Troopers later located the individual, identified as Veronica Williams-Caraballo, 39, of Braintree, and recovered the stolen items.

Williams-Caraballo was given a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Orange Criminal Division, on May 20 at 8:30 a.m.
