BERKSHIRE, VT — Vermont State Police arrested two people following a domestic dispute on Montgomery Road on March 29.
Troopers responded to a residence at approximately 2:25 p.m. after receiving a report of a domestic dispute.
Police identified the involved parties as Neil Kinney, 37, of Berkshire, and Delight Kinney, 48, of Berkshire.
An investigation revealed that both Neil Kinney and Delight Kinney caused bodily injury to another household member, according to police.
Both were issued citations charging them with domestic assault.
They are scheduled to be arraigned in Franklin County Superior Court on March 31, 2026, at 1 p.m.
