BERKSHIRE, NY — The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on a bench warrant on March 25.
Branden D. Pintler, 44, of Owego, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief in the fourth degree and menacing in the second degree.
The warrant was issued by the Town of Berkshire Court.
Pintler was arraigned at the Tioga County CAP Court before Justice Grinage and was released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear before Justice Simmons at Berkshire Town Court at a later date.
Man arrested on contempt charge in Owego

OWEGO, NY — The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on criminal contempt and aggravated family offense charges on March 26.
Billy Morrison, 30, of Owego, was arrested following an investigation into an overdose.
During the investigation, authorities determined Morrison violated an active stay away order of protection by being in the protected party’s residence.
Morrison was arraigned in CAP Court before Justice Bogart and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail pending further court actions.
