Woman arrested in South Boston stabbing death

BOSTON, MA — A South Boston woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred Friday evening.

Officers assigned to District 6 responded to a radio call for a person stabbed at 258 Old Colony Ave. at about 5:52 p.m. on March 27, 2026.

Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from a stab wound inside an apartment.

Boston EMS transported the victim to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead on Saturday, March 28, 2026.

Boston Police arrested Gisselle Pascual, 24, of South Boston, and initially charged her with Assault and Battery by means of a Dangerous Weapon.

After the victim was pronounced dead, in consultation with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, Homicide Detectives upgraded the suspect’s charges to Manslaughter.

Pascual will be arraigned in South Boston District Court.
