PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 16-year-old last seen Tuesday night.
Kyamanhi Stokes was last seen at 10:56 p.m. on the 1600 block of North 15th Street.
Stokes is described as 6 feet tall, 115 pounds, with a medium complexion, brown eyes and black wavy hair extending below the shoulders.
She was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue hijab, black hooded sweatshirt, gray leggings and unknown footwear.
