CAERNARVON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a forgery and fraud incident at a Truist Financial branch.
Kervins Isac, of Huntingdon Valley, was arrested March 19, 2026, following an investigation into incidents that occurred Sept. 3, 2025.
Between 2:40 p.m. and 3:33 p.m. on Sept. 3, 2025, a woman entered the Elverson Branch of Truist Financial at 750 Crossings Blvd. and presented a forged check for $7,000, which was later returned as non-sufficient funds.
The woman was identified as Jill Gorman, of Upper Darby.
Investigators determined the same individuals were involved in a similar incident at Truist Financial in Upper Providence Township on the same date.
Gorman was accompanied by Isac, who rented a white BMW X-Series that was spotted at both Truist Financial locations during the time of the frauds, according to police.
Phone records and GPS history linked Isac’s phone to both locations.
A search warrant was executed on Isac’s cell phone, revealing photos of fake IDs, blank checks and sensitive banking information, police said.
Isac faces charges including dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, forgery and access device fraud.
Gorman was also apprehended after an arrest warrant was issued.
