THOMASTON, CT — A Terryville man surrendered to police Tuesday following a road rage shooting incident reported more than a week earlier.
David Concepcion, 32, of Terryville, turned himself in to the Thomaston Police Department on March 25, 2026.
Police had secured an arrest warrant for Concepcion following a shooting incident on Waterbury Road that was reported on March 17, 2026, at approximately 3:30 p.m.
Concepcion was charged with criminal attempt at assault 1st degree with a firearm, illegal possession of a firearm, unlawful discharge of a firearm, criminal mischief 1st degree, reckless driving, evading responsibility property damage, and failure to drive upon right of the Connecticut General Statutes.
He was held on a court-set $750,000 bond.
Concepcion is scheduled for arraignment at Torrington Superior Court on March 26, 2026.
