SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Police arrested three people on theft-related charges stemming from incidents at a local Target store.
On Wednesday at 10:42 a.m., South Windsor police arrested Garrett M. Johnson, 47, of East Hartford on two active arrest warrants.
Johnson’s charges stem from two separate larceny investigations in February at Target, 125 Buckland Hills Drive.
He faces two counts of conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree and one count of larceny in the sixth degree.
Johnson was taken into custody by the East Hartford Police Department and transferred to South Windsor police custody, where he was processed and released on a total non-surety bond of $3,000.
On Wednesday at 12:41 p.m., South Windsor police arrested Gabriela J. Mangual, 28, of Springfield, Massachusetts, and Crystaline Soto, 37, of Springfield, Massachusetts, on an active arrest warrant.
Their charges stem from a September 2025 theft at the same Target location.
Both face charges of conspiracy to commit larceny in the fifth degree and larceny in the fifth degree.
Soto was taken into custody by the Enfield Police Department, while Mangual turned herself in at police headquarters.
Both were processed and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.
All three are scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on April 8 at 9 a.m.
