OWEGO, NY — A man was arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges following a domestic incident investigation.
Scott T. Winston, 33, of Owego, was arrested on charges of aggravated family offense, a felony, and menacing in the third degree, a misdemeanor, according to Owego police.
The incident occurred on Woodlawn Avenue.
Winston was turned over to Tioga County Sheriff’s custody for arraignment at Tioga County Centralized Arraignment Court.
He was released on his own recognizance pending further court proceedings.
