STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford man was arrested following a two-month narcotics investigation by the Stamford Police Narcotics & Organized Crime Unit.
Charlie Jimenez, 37, of Stamford, was taken into custody after detectives conducted a motor vehicle stop as he left his residence.
During the traffic stop, detectives recovered 12 bags of crack cocaine weighing approximately 4.7 grams, along with two cellphones and $863 in U.S. currency.
Detectives then obtained and executed a search warrant for Jimenez’s residence.
During the search, officers seized 139.3 grams of crack cocaine, 24.9 grams of powder cocaine, packaging materials, scales and approximately $2,000 in U.S. currency.
Jimenez was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and operating a drug factory.
He posted $75,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on April 2, 2026.
Police said Jimenez is a previously convicted felon with a federal narcotics trafficking conviction out of New York.
