MASSENA, NY — New York State Police arrested two people on drug charges following a traffic stop on March 23, 2026.
Jeremy M. Windoloski, 28, of Massena, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.
Brittany P. Horton, 35, of Massena, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.
At approximately 2:05 p.m., state police observed a 2014 Jeep commit a violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and initiated a traffic stop.
The driver was identified as Windoloski, with Horton as a passenger.
During the interview, both individuals exhibited suspicious behavior.
Troopers requested and received consent to search Windoloski.
He was found to be in possession of a glass smoking device and a quantity of a substance that tested positive for cocaine.
A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of additional drug paraphernalia.
Both individuals were transported to State Police Massena for processing.
They were issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Massena Court at a later date in April.
