SALAMANCA, NY — The Salamanca Police Department reported multiple arrests between March 18 and March 22.
On March 18, Cindy Millington, 49, of Salamanca, was taken into custody and charged with criminal possession of a firearm on school grounds and failure to safely store a firearm in the first degree.
Millington was processed and released with an appearance ticket.
Also on March 18, Jamie Lore, 43, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a traffic stop and charged with unlicensed operation, aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and failed to use designated lane.
Lore was released from the scene with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
On March 19, Allen Larkin, 38, of Coldspring, was taken into custody on an indictment arrest warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court.
Larkin was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, assault in the third degree and rape in the first degree.
Larkin was processed and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.
On March 20, Damion Chase, 39, of Salamanca, was taken into custody and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and harassment in the second degree.
Chase was processed and held for arraignment.
Also on March 20, Wesley Kindt, 59, of Salamanca, was taken into custody and charged with consuming alcohol in public.
Kindt was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
On March 21, David Benson, 57, of Salamanca, was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued out of the City of Olean Court.
Benson was turned over to the custody of Olean Police Department.
Also on March 21, Melanie Gates, 28, of South Dayton, was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued out of the City of Salamanca Court.
Gates was processed and held for arraignment.
Catherine Deboy, 30, of Salamanca, was taken into custody on March 21 and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree and obstruction of governmental administration.
Deboy was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
Kindt, 59, of Salamanca, was taken into custody again on March 21 and charged with trespass.
Kindt was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
On March 22, Logan Raecher, 28, of Salamanca, was taken into custody and charged with harassment in the second degree, criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Raecher was processed and held for arraignment.
Also on March 22, Cyrus Spruce, 29, of Salamanca, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant issued out of the City of Salamanca Court.
Spruce was processed and held for arraignment.
