GEORGIA, VT — Two women were cited for retail theft after an incident at a Maplefields store early Sunday morning.
Vermont State Police received a report of a retail theft at approximately 4:29 a.m. on Feb. 15, 2026.
An employee reported that two women entered the store and left with items without paying.
Police identified the suspects as Jessica Salisbury, 44, of Essex, and Kenna Ward, 31, of Essex.
Both women were located and issued citations to appear before Franklin County Superior Court on April 28, 2026, at 8 a.m.
