UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, PA — A Mechanicsburg man pleaded guilty to harassment following a domestic assault incident last year.
Andrew Daloia, 36, of Mechanicsburg, entered the guilty plea on March 19 at District Judge Mark Martin’s office.
Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a residence in the first block of Laurel Drive at about 10:40 a.m. on Dec. 3 for a reported assault.
Officers learned there had been a physical domestic incident between two family members at the residence.
Immediately following that incident, Daloia assaulted the victim, resulting in physical injury, police said.
Daloia was charged with simple assault and harassment.
He met with his defense counsel at the preliminary hearing and pleaded guilty to the harassment charge.
