NEW CASTLE, PA — Police arrested a Pennsylvania man Sunday in connection with the theft of a motor vehicle.
Ryan Michael Carr, 34, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody by the New Castle Police Department on March 22.
An arrest warrant was issued March 20 by Magistrate Melissa A. Amodie.
Police said Carr was one of the individuals involved in an incident in which a suspect stole a vehicle after a hit-and-run crash.
The investigation led authorities to identify Carr as one of the actors involved in the theft.
Carr is being held by the New Castle Police Department.
