CHAMBERSBURG, PA — Police responded to a report of criminal mischief at approximately 9:20 p.m. March 20.
Joseph Santana Carvajal, 52, of Pennsylvania, was identified as the suspect who had broken an apartment window in the unit block of West Washington Street using a baseball bat.
Santana Carvajal was cited for his actions.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
