WATERBURY, CT — A man was arrested after police executed search warrants on March 6, 2026.
Officers from the Waterbury Police Department’s Gang Task Force, Vice and Intelligence Unit, and the Auto Theft Task Force executed search warrants for Jeffrey Williams, 36, of Waterbury, and a residence at 142 Chestnut Avenue.
Police seized drug paraphernalia, $1,491 in U.S. currency, a Glock 17 9mm firearm, and 6 grams of crack cocaine during the investigation.
Williams was arrested without incident and charged with risk of injury to a child, operating a drug factory, responsibilities regarding storage of firearms, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, and illegal sale/purchase of a large capacity magazine.
