Police search for missing 10-year-old girl in Hartford

HARTFORD, CT — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 10-year-old girl who left her foster home Thursday morning.

Cake Bernstein was last seen March 20 at approximately 11:20 a.m. when she left her foster home in Hartford, according to the Hartford Police Department.

She was last observed wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and carrying a green bag.

Bernstein is described as a Black female with brown hair, brown eyes and a light complexion.

Police said she is not considered a threat to herself or others and is believed to possibly be with family members.
